McMillin Texas Homes has developed a website to facilitate communications between our home buyers and the company.

By logging into this site you will be able to:

  • Track the progress of your home as it is being built
  • Submit customer service requests
  • Communicate with your sales counselors and McMillin department managers
  • View documents related to your home
  • Register your email address and update account information
  • Register to be reminded about key home maintenance dates

Please Note:  If you have not used the TalkToMcMillin.com system before you will need to log in using your Customer ID Number and Default Password. This information was provided to you at time of contract as part of your Sales Forms package.  If you don't have access to this information the system has a help feature built in to assist you in finding the correct login information.

Once you have completed the registration process, the TalkToMcMillin System will send you an email to confirm your email address is valid.  You will need to click on the confirmation link in the email to complete the registration of your account.  If you do not receive the email please check your Junk or Spam filter for the email.  Additionally, you can use the "Re-Setup My Account" link on the login page to resend the email.

Once you have signed your contract your Account will become active within 2 business days.
